The Way of Sciences
 

The Way of Sciences – the first science promoting event in our region took place in Senta on the first weekend of July, 2013.

Association of Gardeners from Senta and Science Ltd. are the organizers of the Way of Sciences, while the main sponsor of the event is the Ministry of Human Resources of Hungary.

The two-day weekend program was organized for the first time this year with the intention to create a new tradition.

The program in Senta was created according to the Bridge of Sciences, a Budapest based science promoting program (wearing the title The Bridge of Future starting from 2012).

The aim of the program is to promote technological and natural sciences by interesting, exciting scientific and technological presentations, attractive experiments. Its utmost goal is to arouse interest among young people in fields of science essential for the development of our region.

Program activities took place at 7 different locations, where visitors could observe numerous scientific presentations, interesting lectures, interactive programs and exciting experiments.

AThere were more than 30 participants in the program, among them secondary schools from our region, institutions for talent development, institutions of higher education, small and big enterprises of the region, organizations, teachers, professors, researchers and students.
